Happy Sunday Everyone! Debbie at Debbie Doo’s is having another Copy Cat Challenge party and it’s the Holiday Edition! I love Debbie’s parties. I wasn’t sure if I would be able to join the party but since she started the party early I can join in.
The other evening I was looking through the December Create & Decorate magazine.
And on page 72 this caught my eye only because I had done something similar on my kitchen window sill.
They used a vintage cheese box, Christmas greens and a candle all of which I had already used with mine too. Here’s my version that’s in my kitchen window sill.
My Dad purchased the vintage Swiss cheese box at an auction and gave it to me many years ago.
A little different but I like mine just as much.
Thanks Debbie for posting this Holiday Edition of the Copy Cat Challenge early. And as always thanks for being a gracious hostess.
Gail

ReplyDeleteHi Gail, glad you made it too. You really always do an amazing copy cat, and this is no less fabulous too! Even on the fly you rock with your creativity. Enjoy your time. Thanks for hopping in.
ReplyDeleteYours is much prettier than the inspiration. :) Using household objects as floral containers makes such a pretty and personal decor.

ReplyDeleteOh yes, Gail, your version is beautiful! I love it, what a great idea. My husband found a very old dilapidated soft drink box that he needs to take apart and put back together, then I could use it for something like that. Thanks for the idea!
