Christmas in the Dining Room

The dining room is ready for our Christmas guests, so I though I would share with you a glimpse of what I’ve done.

 015

The table is set and ready for our guests.

My table settings consist of red charger plates, snowflakes, white dishes, red salad plates and white line napkins.  My napkin holders are embellished with a red glitter bow.  The white votive candle holders have red snowflakes on them.

015

My table center piece is a white pitcher that I purchased at an auction that I filled with  greens, red berries and pine cones.

I just love the ambiance of the candles.

I changed out my white urns for the red and used greens with red berries and pine cones in them as well.

My dining room side table holds the Christmas cookies and other sweets for the holiday.

My husband says that the room has a look of elegance, yet it has the feel of the warmth of Christmas.  Have a wonderful and blessed week.

P.S.  I am linking to Susan at Between Naps on the Porch for Tablescape Thursday.

  9. Gail,
Your dining room is beautiful! We do have almost the exact same hutch...I knew it! Your middle glass piece on the hutch looks bigger than mine though. I love the way you have everything decorated. Those napkin rings are so adorable.
