My Mitten Napkin Holders

Several months ago, I purchased eight of these snowflakes at Dollar Tree for a dollar a piece.  I thought when I brought them that I would use them with my Christmas tablescape this year.

015 With the snowflakes as my inspiration for my kitchen Christmas tablescape, I decided I would make mittens to hold my linen napkins.  I used my Cricut and Joys of the Season cartridge and cut out a mitten pattern.

I used white felt and fuzzy fleece to make my mittens.

Voila!  my mitten napkin holder.

I’m loving the red and white with a touch of green.

Are you ready to join me in a cup of hot chocolate?

Gail

P.S.  Our kitchen remodel is almost completed!  We’ve ordered the countertop and it should be in and installed in  three weeks…..HOORAY!  I’ll be sure to do a blog post once it’s all done.

P.S.S.  I’m linking this to Funky Junk Interiors for Saturday Nite Special.

  1. Hello Gail ~I've just strolled in for my first visit... These beautiful mitten napkin holders are incredible versatile! I've enjoyed taking a peek at your past posts. You've got so many wonderful ideas. Your blog is so beautifully inviting.
We share similar taste for so many of the same creative design elements.

As fall came to a close I looked forward to winter (that's fast approaching), bringing a festive inspiration for a few DIY decorations and gifts, with a little baking in between.
Don't you love the aroma that fills the air during this season?
My cat also appreciates the evergreens and an occasional ping pong toss of my (newly created and not yet dried) ornaments...

I've bookmarked you in my favs and joined your followers too.
I look forward to coming by your charming blog again.
Come by for a visit. Your company would be nice.

    Sweet holiday wishes,
    Sara
