Hello Everyone! The weather here in Southern Maryland this past week has been absolutely gorgeous!! I was finding it hard to spend time inside because of it but I did manage to do a little fall decorating inside. I finally finished tweaking the mantel shelf in the living room this morning.
Each year and with every season I try and change things up on the mantel shelf. This year for fall, I flanked each end of the mantel shelf with black urns and made faux eucalyptus swags. In this urn, I placed a white pumpkin with berries.
And on the other end, I placed faux wheat with berries in the urn.
The weather forecast for the next couple days is rain so I’ll be working inside adding more fall touches.

Your mantel shelf looks beautiful, Gail! Love both the urns! I think we are having the same weather as you. We had a beautiful weekend and rain is in the forecast for tomorrow. Hopefully, it will hold off another day ~ I'm enjoying these cooler temps too much!

Hi Gail, was that you that had the burlap lampshade from Target? I knew I saw it somewhere in blogsville but had forgotten who.lol I love it and it gave some color to the livingroom.
