Hello Everyone! I was lucky enough to find two old doors and I repurposed one of them into this.
With Charlie’s help, we made a little table and attached it using shelving brackets and liquid nails. We also, added a shelf and crown molding to the top of the door.
Before we added the table, crown molding and the shelf to the door, I painted everything with Miss Mustard Seed (Linen) Milk Paint and used her wax on it as well.
As you can see, I have placed it in my booth for sale. Now I need to decide what I’m going to do with the other door I have.
Hopefully, later in the week I’ll be back to share with you some more fall things I made for my booth!
As always, thanks for stopping by and I hope you all have a wonderful week and enjoy this gorgeous weather we are having.
Gail

I love how it turned out, Gail! This would be a great piece to use indoors or out. Can't wait to see what else you've been working on. I finally found two good pieces of furniture this past week {at reasonable prices} that I need to get painting. Now I just need to figure out colors or designs I want to do. Sometimes that decision takes me longer than it will to paint the piece! : )
ReplyDeleteHi Gail, bring your door to Southern California! I would love the visit, take you to all my favorite decorating shops....we could have a wonderful time! I am loving your latest project! I love how you arrange things and put them together. Always a treat to come by and see what you are working on.
ReplyDeleteBlessings,
Debbie

ReplyDeleteThat is really nice, it should sell quickly. Did I tell you that I found an Antique/Vintage mall in my city at last? It's been here for ages, but very few people know about it.
ReplyDeleteI am thoroughly enjoying this fall weather, it has been 80 deg. F every day this week! Thank you Jesus!
This is marvelous! I've always wanted to make one similar and you did a gorgeous job! Love that pa le green color of some of your fall décor too - a nice refreshing color addition to what we normally see! Hugs, Leena
