Master Bathroom Reveal

I cannot begin to tell you how excited I am that the master bathroom is done!  The changes we made have made the biggest difference.  Before I share it with all of you, lets take a look at the before.

003

006

005

007

And now the after.

034

We purchased the vanity cabinet, double sink vanity top, faucets and two lighting fixtures at Lowes.  The oval mirrors were purchased at Wal-Mart.

035

I used a curtain instead of a shower curtain because I could not find anything I liked.  The window curtain was one panel that I cut in half.

049

I think what makes the biggest difference in this bathroom has to be the tile behind the tub/shower stall and the flooring.

043

021

This was not the original floor we ordered.  We ordered the peel, place and press floating vinyl planks manufactured by Armstrong.  Instead we received the Swift Lock Vinyl Planks by Armstrong.  Installing them was easy and it only took Charlie and I a couple of hours to do.

039

I still need to hang the towel bar above the vanity stool.

038

It was a lot of work but I think it was well worth the work!

As always thanks for visiting and for your sweet comments.  They are always appreciated.

Gail

  8. Oh my, your bathroom is so pretty!

I love your floor! and that little vanity seat is the cutest thing. I've not got my bathroom finished yet... One of my linen closet doors broke-- and it needs to be glued and repainted.
I'm working on the decorating phase right now!

    So pretty!
    Love it!

  9. The floor and tile look great, Gail! I am loving that vanity and the mirrors! I'll bet having two sinks in there now makes quite a difference, too. That was the best change my hubby and I made when we redid our master bathroom in our old house. Thankfully, the master bath in the new place had two sinks {plus some extra room in between}.

  12. Gorgeous! I don't know what my favorite is but I think it's a draw between that beautiful floor and the little chair. I would love to use an antique vanity in my bathroom but I don't see that happening ever as hubby says it won't work...can't he trust my judgment and just go with it? (LOL!)

Ya'll did a beautiful job and I know you will enjoy it for many years.
