Adding Ambience With Kitchen Utensils

I’m still cleaning and sprucing things up around here!  While cleaning out one of the kitchen drawers, I found my mother-in-law’s potato masher.  I’m not sure how old it is. The handle is made out of wood and was painted red at one time.  Of course all of that has since peeled off.  Look at what I did with it.

I added a votive candle.  I think it fits right in with the rest of my kitchen utensils that I have on display in the kitchen.

  3. Hi Gail,
When I first saw what you had done with this space, I fell in love with it and I've been trying to duplicate it but just can't get it right. I really like what you've done with the masher and the grater and all the elements that you have so cleverly used to pull this together. I have it on my Pinterest board and just drool every time I look at it.
